Black&White + Yellow

Holas chicos!!!

Aquí estoy de vuelta con un nuevo post :). Una de las cosas que mas me está gustando de este proyecto es la cantidad de sorpresas que me estoy llevando al descubrir sitios de Londres que nunca había visto y que sólo son posibles de descubrir pateando sin rumbo. En esta publicación os enseño rinconcitos de una zona de el barrio de Chelsea que nunca había visto, la zona que está más cerca del río y que tiene unas callecitas preciosas llenas de flores y de casas de estilo muy inglés. Espero que os gusten y que si estaís o teneís planeado pasar por la capital inglesa esta primavera no os podeís perder.

Para este día elegí mezclar el blanco y el negro como base del outfit, sé que esta primavera se llevan lo colores llamativos y tonos pastel, pero siempre me ha gustado la elegancia que da la mezcla de estos dos colores y siempre son un acierto cómo decía Coco Chanel: " Las mujeres piensan en todos los colores excepto la ausencia de color. Siempre he dicho el negro los tiene todos. El blanco también. Su belleza es absoluta. Es la armonía perfecta", y no podría estar mas de acuerdo con esta grandiosa mujer.

En este caso decidí ponerme unos pantalones pitillo básicos, una camiseta blanca oversize que aunque no se aprecia bien en las fotos es de un punto muy ancho y poco apretado, lo que da efecto de rejilla y una blazer de color negro que le da un punto un poco más formal al conjunto. Para complementarlo y darle un puntito más alegre elegí un bolso de mano amarillo con tachuelas plateadas y para los pies unas Converse All Star blancas (para mi nunca pueden faltar en el armario), estas le dan al outfit un aire más deportivo y desenfadado.

El peinado que me hice es muy cómodo y un poco más original que una coleta simple, son dos trenzas de raíz bajas unidas con una coleta en la nuca.

Hello guys!!! 

Here I am again with a new post . One of the things that I’m enjoying most from this project is the quantity of surprises coming my way. I´m discovering places of London that I´ve never been before and the only way to find those places is by walking around without an exact address. In this post I will show you small places from the Chelsea neighbourhood that I´ve never seen before, this area is nearest to the river and has beautiful streets full of flowers and English style houses. I hope you will like it and if you’re planning to come to the English capital this Spring, you can’t leave without visiting these places. 

For that day I chose to mix the black and the white as the base of the outfit. This Spring colourful and pastel coloured clothes are trendy . Even so, I’ve always liked the elegance of the black and white mix; they are always a wise choice. As Coco Chanel once said: "Women think of all colours except the absence of colour. I have said that black has it all. White too. Their beauty is absolute. Is the perfect harmony", I couldn´t agree more.

In that case I decided to wear; basic black skinny jeans, a white oversized sleeveless shirt (with a loose knitted stitch creating a wickerwork effect) and a black blazer which brings a more formal style to the outfit. For the accessories I chose; a yellow clutch with silver tacks, to make the outfit more colourful and happy looking and for the feet, white All Star Converse ( I personally believe that every wardrobe needs a pair).

The hairstyle is more comfortable and a bit more original than a plane pony tail, two root braids united in the neck with a ponytail.

Mixing Trends

Hola de nuevo a todos!!! :)

Estoy de vuelta después de unas pocas semanas sin publicar y muy emocionada por publicar otra vez.

Para este tercer post había que elegir un look cómodo e informal, ya que, estuvimos todo el día pateando parte del oeste de Londres, concretamente toda la zona que está justo al norte de Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Queensway, Lancaster Gate y por último Marble Arch.

Para la ocasión elegí una mezcla de tendencias que, a mi forma de ver queda muy bien y diferente. Me puse un pantalón pitillo negro, que es un básico necesario en el fondo de armario, se puede poner para cualquier tipo de ocasión y combinar de cientos de maneras diferentes. Para la parte de arriba opté por una camiseta ancha y de sisa grande color gris claro y una chaquetita tipo Chanel tanto en el corte como en el tejido entrelazado, creo que esta da el toque clásico al outfit. En cuanto al calzado, unas zapatillas deportivas y de colores llamativos. Y no podía faltar algo para abrigarme del fresquito de Londres, para lo que elegí una cazadora de cuero negro con detalles en plateado. 

Pero a todo este outfit había que complementarlo y darle algún punto de gracia y color con los complementos, para esto elegí una mochila de cuero negro con tachuelas plateadas, la cúal junto con la cazadora de cuero que ya os había enseñado en el primer post, y aparte, mirando en mi armario ví mi querida gorra de rejilla fucsia que hacía tanto tiempo que no me ponía y con la cúal se me encendió una bombillita que me dijo que podría quedar muy diferente y dar un toque más juvenil y desenfadado al conjunto.

Hello to everyone again!!! :)

I´m back after a few weeks without publishing, I am so excited for doing it again.

For this thirth post I had to choose something comfortable and casual, because, We´ve been the whole day walking through West London, concretely around the North area of Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Queensway, Lancaster Gate and finally Marble Arch.

In this occasion I chose a mix of trends that, from my point of view looks good and different, I wore a skinny black pants, which are a basic in the wardrobe, you can use it in every occasion and combine it with a hundred different clothes. For the top side I decided to wear a simple light grey big sleeveless t-shirt and a little jacket with Chanel style and cut, I think this one could bring to the outfit a classy touch. Talking about the shoes, I chose a colourful trainers. And for being a bit wormer in this cold London weather I wore a black leather jacket with silver details.

But all this outfit needed to be complemented by some colour and complements, that´s why I chose a black leather bag with silver tacks, I show you this one and the jacket on the first post aswell, and then looking inside my wardrobe I found my dear wickerwork fuschia cap that I didn´t use for a long time, so something switched on in my mind  and told me that this one would bring to the outfit something young and different.
